At Green Garden Eco Resort, we know your pet is part of the family. That’s why at our family friendly hotel in Tenerife, your furry companions are always welcome to join you for an unforgettable holiday. We provide all the amenities to ensure your pet feels comfortable and happy during the stay, making your travel experience complete and truly special.
Pet Friendly Package – Terms & Conditions
Hotel approval of the pet is mandatory and subject to availability. Guests wishing to add a pet to their reservation must contact the hotel’s Reservations Department in writing.
The Pet Friendly Package includes a pet bed, food bowl, water bowl, blanket and toy.
Stay Conditions
Dogs are only permitted in the following villas:
- Family Villa
- Two-Bedroom Villa
- Two-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool
- One-Bedroom Golf View Villa
A maximum of 1 dog per villa is permitted, with a maximum weight of 10 kg.
Price: €30 per night.
Mandatory Documentation
The following documents must be presented at check-in:
- Valid veterinary/vaccination record.
- Microchip identification certificate.
- Pet liability insurance policy.
Pet Guidelines
Pets are permitted on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant, provided they are accompanied at all times. It is not permitted to take food from the restaurant for pets, and pets must not be left unattended in the villa.
Should the pet cause any damage to the furniture, equipment or hotel facilities, or relieve itself inside the villas or in common areas, the hotel reserves the right to apply an additional charge to cover the corresponding repair, cleaning or disinfection costs.
The hotel reserves the right of admission in the event of noise disturbances affecting other guests. Likewise, if any of the conditions detailed above are not complied with, the hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to both the dog and its owners.
