If you have booked through an OTA (Booking, Expedia..): You can check the status of your reservation by referring to the confirmation email you received from the OTA and checking the OTA’s app.
To modify your booking:

  2. If you have booked through an OTA (Booking, Expedia..): Reservations made through any OTA must be managed directly with the OTA. Follow the steps below:
    1. Access your booking confirmation email and visit the OTA website or app.
    2. Choose the option to modify the reservation.
Any modifications to the reservation will depend on the terms and conditions clearly displayed at the time of booking, in the confirmation email or on the App or dashboard used to make your reservation. The hotel is not able to make any exceptions to these policies. If a modification fee applies, we will let you know before processing your request. If you have booked directly with the hotel: Flexible
  1. Free cancellation up to 48h before check-in. After that a 1 night charge applies.
  2. From 20/12 to 5/01: Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. Up to 21 days prior to arrival, a 1 night charge applies. Up to 15 days, a charge of 50% of the stay applies. After that, the full stay will be charged.

Depending on the rate you select, payment will either be upon reservation or check-in. At check-in, you will need an ID. If you’re having trouble making your reservation contact us and we’ll assist you. We accept the following payment methods:

We accept cash payments at the front desk. All means of payment not listed above are considered unacceptable.
  1. You need a valid credit card as a guarantee to book your stay online. If you do not have a credit card, please get in touch with us.
  2. We do not require a security deposit. Please note that if you have chosen the prepaid option, you will be required to pay the total amount in advance.
  3. We do not accept installment payments.
  4. We do not accept payments made for someone else.
Our standard prices include service tax.

Usually, we do not require a minimum length of stay. However, minimum stays for may happen periods of high demand such as:
  1. Week-ends
  2. Christmas 21st/12 to 6th/01
  3. Holy Week
  4. Summer July-August.

Our prices tend to go up as the date approaches and availabilities become scarce. It is always best to book your room early on.
